5. Instructor & Artist Collaborations

• Agreements between students and instructors outside our official programs are not our responsibility.
  
  

6. Intellectual Property

a. Our Content

• All content created and provided by Dream Canvas AI Gallery & Academy — including but not limited to text, logos, branding, website design, class materials, videos, and digital media — is the property of Dream Canvas AI Gallery & Academy or its licensors.

b. Artist & Instructor Content

• Display the work in the physical gallery, on our website, and across our digital platforms.
  
  
• Use the work for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes (e.g., social media posts, newsletters, press releases, event materials).
  
  
• Cybersecurity & Digital Risks: Dream Canvas AI Gallery & Academy takes reasonable precautions to protect digital files and online exhibitions; however, the Company is not responsible or liable for the loss, theft, alteration, or unauthorized access to any artwork, images, or related materials resulting from cyberattacks, hacking, viruses, or other unauthorized third-party intrusions beyond our reasonable control.
  

• This license is strictly for promotional and operational purposes and does not transfer ownership of the artist’s or instructor’s intellectual property.
  
  

c. User Content

• If you submit testimonials, feedback, or content to us (e.g., photos from a class), you grant Dream Canvas AI Gallery & Academy permission to use that content for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly revoke consent in writing.
