These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) apply to all transactions made through the website of Dream Canvas Creations, LLC an AI Gallery & Academy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including but not limited to class registrations, event tickets, open call submission fees, artwork sales, and digital products such as downloadable workbooks and resources (collectively, the “Purchases”).

By making a Purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Payment & Billing

• All Purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated.
  
  
• We accept payment through authorized third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.
  
  
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information.
  
  

2. Pricing & Availability

• Prices for classes, events, submissions, artwork, and digital products are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.
  
  
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  
  
• We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in pricing, even after an order has been placed.
  
  

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• General: All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if a class, event, or exhibition is canceled by Dream Canvas LLC, AI Gallery & Academy.
  
  
• Submission Fees: Fees for open calls are non-refundable, regardless of selection outcome.
  
  
• Digital Products: All purchases of digital products (including downloadable workbooks, PDFs, guides, or online resources) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as access is granted immediately upon purchase.

4. Event & Class Registrations

• Registrations are valid only for the specific class or event purchased.
  
  
• Transfers to another person may be allowed with at least 48 hours’ written notice, subject to approval.
  
  
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class or event. In such cases, you may receive a credit or refund at our discretion.
  
  

5. Artwork Sales

• All artwork purchases are final.
  
  
• Ownership transfers upon full payment and delivery/pickup.
  
  
• Shipping, delivery, or installation costs (if applicable) will be outlined at the time of purchase.
  
  
• Dream Canvas AI Gallery & Academy is not responsible for damage occurring after the artwork has been delivered or picked up.
  
  

6. Digital Products (Workbooks, Downloads, Resources)

• Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  
  
• You may not share, resell, reproduce, or distribute our digital products in any form without written permission.
  
  
• Access is considered delivered once download links or access credentials are provided, regardless of whether you download or use the product.
  
  

7. Taxes

• You are responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes, use taxes, or other fees associated with your Purchase.
  
  

8. No Resale

• Purchases (including tickets, class registrations, and digital products) are for personal use only.
  
  
• Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized transfer is prohibited unless expressly permitted by us in writing.
  
  

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Canvas AI Gallery & Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your Purchase.
  
  
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Purchase in question.
  
  

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Monmouth County, NJ.
